Location was perfect for us, close to everything we needed. Staff were amazing & so welcoming to us with our wee bub. Room had everything we needed including a free portacot for our baby. Considering it is right next to the motorway, it was very quiet which I loved as I was expecting it to be busy being easter weekend. Room was clean/neat. Free parking & double tick as it is quite difficult finding parking in cities for our high top ute. Check in/out was super fast & easy. Would definitely recommend for families & would return again.

The size of the unit was much bigger than expected & we were very pleased with all the facilities. The storage space & chairs & tables were all useful for a 3 night stay & staff provided the support we needed. We would have stayed for 4 nights had there been a vacancy available.

I had a great stay at the Best Western Wellington. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making sure I felt well taken care of. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops and dining options. Overall, it offered great value and a pleasant experience.

We booked the disabled room and it was perfect for my wife and I. The room was very quiet which was amazing as the motel is right next to the motorway. We had the cooked breakfast on the first morning. It was served in our room and proved to be exactly what we wanted and piping hot. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the magazines to read and everything was very well maintained. I also liked the handy parking and convenient location. There was hardly any noise from outside the unit.

N.a but this place is our new accommodation when we visit wellington now ..should have searched this years ago.. more central to town walking distances to all food types very quiet good undercover parking good staff reasonably priced.

We arrived VERY late dye to Ferry cancelations and Best Western Johnsonville just took it in their stride. We arrived very late to fine they had put the heater on in our room making it sooo welcoming. Thankyou sooo much for an awesome stay.

We didn't have breakfast. Was this part of the price? We always enjoy being able to find the motel easily and are back on the motorway quickly and easily. The staff are friendly and only to happy to offer assistance should we need it.
